The Challenge:
YETI needed a digital presence that reflected the quality and craftsmanship of their premium products. I partnered with the team to design a user-friendly, visually engaging site that builds trust, guides customers seamlessly through their purchase journey, and highlights the brand’s story. Our ongoing collaboration resulted in a full site refresh, improving e-commerce functionality, optimizing user flows, and enhancing storytelling in line with YETI’s mission. The new experience takes customers on a bold, inspiring, and educational journey from Category Landing Pages to Product Landing Pages and finally to Product Detail Pages, showcasing products and the brand with clarity and a lasting impact.

With an optimized discovery-to-conversion flow, users are confidently finding and purchasing their ideal products. This redesign drove a total conversion rate increase of over 66% and a 53% rise in the add-to-cart rate, demonstrating the impact of a seamless, engaging user experience.
