The Challenge:

As people are turning more to online and mobile banking, First Republic Bank aimed to extend its white-glove banking experience to its digital platforms, including iOS and Android, mobile and tablet devices.

 

The Solution

We created an intuitive suite of digital banking products for both individual customers and corporate clients. Our approach focused on building a custom design system, improving the banker messaging system for smooth communication, and seamlessly integrating Zelle and peer-to-peer payments for a native user experience.

 

By combining high touch with high tech, we created digital products that resonate with users, elevating First Republic Bank's brand online. The new design and features significantly enhanced customer satisfaction and engagement, making the banking experience feel personal and premium.
